These are the terms of using FutureProof VA: the website, the live sessions and the community. We have kept them short and plain. Read them.

Who we are

FutureProof VA is a program and community for ambitious Filipino operators, run by AS & Co. By enrolling you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A seat in the FutureProof program you are enrolling in, at the price shown at checkout, paid in full at the time of purchase. There is no application, no deposit, no waitlist and no queue. You pay, the seat is yours.

What the seat includes

Whatever is described on the enrollment page at the time you buy: the live sessions, the guided period that follows them, and the community access that comes with it. The enrollment page is the description of what you bought. We may evolve the included components as the program runs, and if we change something material we will tell you by email.

Attendance

Your seat is for the dates published on the enrollment page. If you do not show up, the seat is not held, rescheduled or credited. We are not able to run a live session twice.

Refunds

Your seat is non-refundable.

The one exception is on us. If we cancel the program, or we cannot deliver what the enrollment page described, you get a full refund. That is the one guarantee we make and we will honor it without argument. Nothing else triggers a refund.

Why it works this way. Enrollment is limited. When you take a seat it comes off the table for someone else, and the program is built around the people in it. A seat held and not used costs another person theirs.

If you do the work and it does not land. Write to us. We are not going to hide behind a policy with someone who showed up and did what was asked. We will look at it properly and do the right thing. This is not a stated refund right. It is how we intend to behave.

Chargebacks. If something is wrong, email team@futureproofva.com first. We would rather fix it than have a payment processor decide it for us.

Payments. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Transfers

Your seat is non-transferable. You cannot pass it, sell it or gift it to someone else. We hold the room for the people who chose to be in it.

Work and opportunities

FutureProof gives you visibility with the people who hire. It is not a job placement service and we do not guarantee work, clients, income or an interview. Being in the room means being seen by people looking for operators. What happens next depends on you and on them.

Conduct inside the community and the room

The room runs on mutual respect. Behavior that endangers, harasses or materially disrespects other members or the team is grounds for immediate removal without a refund. The room is built for people who lift each other up.

Intellectual property

The curriculum, frameworks, templates, recordings and other materials we create are licensed to you for your personal use as a member. You do not have the right to resell, redistribute, or rebrand FutureProof materials. The community discussions are confidential to members.

Referrals

Members of the FutureProof community can earn points for referring people who enrol. Points are earned inside the community, are not cash, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money. Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals and referrals that break a platform's terms are void. We decide what a valid referral is, and we review every claim.

Disclaimers

FutureProof VA teaches and supports. It does not guarantee outcomes. Career, income and business results depend on your effort and your circumstances. We make no income or employment guarantee of any kind.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FutureProof VA, AS & Co, its team and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the program. Direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for your seat.

Changes

If we need to materially change these terms or the program, we will tell you at the email you enrolled with. Continued use after that notice means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes are resolved in Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
