This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will not do with it. Short and honest.

What we collect

When you buy a seat, register for a free session, or message us, we collect:

• Your name and email
• Payment details, handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Who referred you, if someone did
• Your messages to us, if you contact us through the site or on Facebook
• Your community activity, if you join the community: what you post, and the points you earn
• Basic analytics: which pages you visited and roughly where you came from. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

What we do with it

• Give you the seat you paid for, and get you into the community
• Contact you about the program, your payment, and the sessions
• Process your payment through our payment provider
• Credit referral points to the right person
• Improve the program based on what members actually ask for

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever
• We do not share what you write to us outside the FutureProof team and the tools we use to run payment and the community
• We do not run retargeting or cross-site tracking on you
• We do not message you beyond what is necessary about the program, your payment and the community

Who has access

Only the FutureProof team and the service providers we use to run the program: our payment provider, our community platform, and our email system. Each of them has their own privacy practices. FutureProof VA is run by AS & Co.

How long we keep it

Payment and membership records are kept for as long as we run FutureProof VA, and for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete personal data we hold by emailing the address below, and we will do so where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the Philippines, your rights are protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). If you are elsewhere, you have the rights your local law gives you. To exercise any of these rights, email team@futureproofva.com.

Cookies

We use the minimum necessary cookies for the page to function. We may add a lightweight privacy-respecting analytics tool (e.g. Plausible) that does not use cookies or track you across sites. If that ever changes, we will update this page.
